Tracxn Technologies Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 30,048 equity shares under the TRACXN Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 (ESOP 2016) to eligible grantees at an exercise price of Re. 1 per Equity Share. The allotment, which occurred on September 08, 2026, increases the company’s paid-up share capital from 10,69,25,031 shares to 10,69,55,079 shares, and realized Rs 30,048 from the exercise of options.
