QGO Finance will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 24 June 2026.

QGO Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the 4th interim dividend of Rs 0.15 per equity Share (i.e. 1.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Qgo Finance rose 25.00% to Rs 0.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 24.50% to Rs 5.03 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 9.77% to Rs 3.37 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.07 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 10.91% to Rs 18.19 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 16.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
