QGO Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the 4th interim dividend of Rs 0.15 per equity Share (i.e. 1.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Qgo Finance rose 25.00% to Rs 0.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
