QGO Finance announced that the 33th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 11 September 2026.

QGO Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 August 2026, inter alia, have recommended the First Interim dividend of Rs 0.15 per equity Share (i.e. 1.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Qgo Finance rose 26.92% to Rs 0.99 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 0.78 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
