Aarti Pharmalabs Limited has set September 15, 2026, as the record date for the payment of a final dividend of Rs 2.00 per equity share, representing 40% of the Rs 5 face value, for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 22, 2026, with payment expected on or before October 20, 2026.

Net profit of Aarti Pharmalabs rose 53.82% to Rs 76.14 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 49.50 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025. Aarti Pharmalabs will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 7 August 2026.

Aarti Pharmalabs has allotted 22,062 equity shares under ESOP on 25 June 2026. Post this allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 45,33,99,065 representing 9,06,79,813 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each.

Aarti Pharmalabs announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
