Shree Securities Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Udayan S Kachchhy (DIN: 10153762) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 4, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kachchhy, born on July 8, 1991, holds a postgraduate degree and expertise in accountancy, and is the founder of UKIC – Udayan Kachchhy Institute of Commerce.
