Osiajee Texfab Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, up to two trading days after the communication of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, to the stock exchange.

Osiajee Texfab Ltd share price softened by 3.49% to Rs 267.95 after the company`s net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 86.72% to Rs 0.34 crore, while revenue from operations nosedived 74.10% to Rs 0.72 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Textile Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.65 lakh crore, rising 2.77%. It has eased by 1.33% over last one week and jumped by 15.04% in last one month while the market capitalization of Osiajee Texfab Ltd has slipped by 1.24% and 38.52% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Osiajee Texfab Ltd stood at Rs 0.34 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 15.00% year-on-year, and plunging by 86.72% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, expanding by 45.45% YoY and nosediving by 78.38% sequentially. Total expenses tumbled by 37.84% to Rs 0.23 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 197.90% to Rs 7.09 crore, while net profit soared by 331.03% to Rs 5.0 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a slight growth of 6% to Rs 4.99 crore, and PBT soared 331.03% to Rs 5.0 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 5.77 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.02 crore in FY25. Osiajee Texfab Ltd slipped 0.39% in last one year, outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.

Osiajee Texfab will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Net profit of Osiajee Texfab declined 29.28% to Rs 2.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 42.80% to Rs 2.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 11.00% to Rs 5.55 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
