Promax Power Limited announced its Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s Prachi Lad & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years, commencing financial year 2026-27, subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also announced the reappointment of Mr. Vishal Bharadwaj as Managing Director for five years and Mr. Sanjay Kumar as a Non-Executive & Independent Director for a term of five years, both pending shareholder approval at the 9th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, in Chandigarh.

Promax Power will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2026.

Promax Power has received a Letter of Award (LOA) dated 07 January 2026 from Hubli Electricity Supply Company (HESCOM), a Government of Karnataka undertaking, for setting up a 6.0 MW (AC) grid-connected solar power project under the Build, Own and Operate (BOO) / RESCO model.
