Bimetal Bearings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 13.5 per equity Share (i.e. 135%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Bimetal Bearings rose 43.94% to Rs 3.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2.64 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 47.06% to Rs 94.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 64.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 4.18% to Rs 11.72 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
