Abans Financial Services Limited, formerly known as Abans Holdings Limited, has allotted 3,77,831 equity shares of Rs 2 each on September 10, 2026, under its ESOP Scheme 2023, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 10,24,35,180 consisting of 5,12,17,590 equity shares.

Abans Financial Services will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 August 2026.

Abans Financial Services has allotted 46,919 equity shares under ESOP on 10 June 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.10,16,79,518/- consisting of 5,08,39,759 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each.
