National Highways Infra Investment Managers Private Limited, acting as the Investment Manager to National Highways Infra Trust (“NHIT”), announced the completion of a distribution payment of Rs 3.187 per unit to eligible unit holders for the quarter ended June 2026, as previously declared on August 7, 2026, with a record date of August 12, 2026.

National Highways Infra Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 August 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3.187 per equity Share (i.e. 3.15544%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
