Omnipotent Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the shifting of the company`s registered office within the local limits of the same city from 6/SH -05 Shanti Garden Sec -5 CHS LTD, Shanti Garden Sec -5 Mira Rd, Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra, India, 401107 to Shop No. 2 2, Poonam Estate Cluster -II-1/2/3 , Mira Road East , Thane - 401107 MH IN, during a meeting held on October 14th, 2026, which commenced at 4:30 P.M. and concluded at 5:00 P.M.

Omnipotent Industries Limited, on October 14, 2026, submitted to the BSE Limited a certificate issued by M/s. Bigshare Service Private Limited, bearing SEBI Registration No. INR000001385, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Limited confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, is not applicable to the company as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Omnipotent Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for insiders and designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider the results to be announced later.

Omnipotent Industries has adjourned the meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on 30 May 2026. The meeting will now be held on 17 July 2026.
