Veranda Learning Solutions Limited announced the allotment of 1,55,763 equity shares to Goodday Enterprises LLP, a non-promoter, following the conversion of an equal number of warrants, for a total consideration of Rs 4,99,99,923. The shares were allotted at an issue price of Rs 321 per share, including a premium of Rs 311 per share, and the company`s paid-up share capital increased from 9,63,50,847 equity shares to 9,65,06,610 equity shares.

EBITDA tumbled by 10588% to Rs 129.48 crore, and PBT collapsed by 173.41% to Rs 152.64 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 105.75 crore in FY26, as against Rs 31.65 crore in FY25. Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd rallied 9.24% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.
