DMR Engineering Limited, formerly DMR Hydroengineering and Infrastructures Limited, announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary, DMR BALAJI JV PRIVATE LIMITED, on September 28, 2026, in which DMR Engineering Limited holds a 51% shareholding, resulting in the new entity becoming a subsidiary of the company. DMR BALAJI JV PRIVATE LIMITED has an authorized capital of Rs 15,00,000 divided into 1,50,000 shares of Rs 10 each, with a paid-up share capital of Rs 1,00,000 divided into 10,000 shares of Rs 10 each, and will focus on construction and execution of civil engineering and infrastructure works.

DMR Engineering Limited, formerly known as DMR Hydroengineering & Infrastructures Limited, informed the BSE SME Platform that the trading window for equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the communication of financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider the results to be announced later.

DMR Engineering announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 30 June 2026.

DMR Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.14 per equity Share (i.e. 1.4%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
