Redtape will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 August 2026.

Redtape announced that the 5th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 25 August 2026.

Redtape announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Redtape rose 69.53% to Rs 69.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 41.22 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 33.51% to Rs 675.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 505.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 41.50% to Rs 240.55 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 170.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 19.69% to Rs 2418.77 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2020.91 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
