Redtape announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Redtape rose 69.53% to Rs 69.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 41.22 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 33.51% to Rs 675.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 505.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 41.50% to Rs 240.55 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 170.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
