Quality Ro Industries Limited will close its trading window for equity shares from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the communication of financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company said in a filing with the BSE SME Platform.

Quality RO Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors, meeting on September 1, 2026, approved the company’s annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the notice for the 5th Annual General Meeting. The board also re-appointed Vivek Dholiya as Managing Director and Chairman for a five-year term, Damini Vivek Dholiya as Whole-Time Director for a five-year term, Ankit Jagdishbhai Kansara as Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, and Shirish Amrutlal Kotadia as Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, all subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
