The board also re-appointed Vivek Dholiya as Managing Director and Chairman for a five-year term, Damini Vivek Dholiya as Whole-Time Director for a five-year term, Ankit Jagdishbhai Kansara as Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, and Shirish Amrutlal Kotadia as Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, all subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
