Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited announced that Mohammed Yusuf Abdul Razak Dhanani was appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company, effective July 28, 2026, following approval by members at the company`s 8th Annual General Meeting on August 21, 2026.
