Aether Industries Limited announced the allotment of 15,269 equity shares under its ‘Aether Industries Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021’ on August 11, 2026, following approval from the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The shares were issued at an exercise price of Rs 885 each, increasing the company’s total issued share capital to Rs 1,32,72,78,450, comprising 13,27,27,845 equity shares. The company had previously received in-principle approval from both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE India Limited for a pool of 11,00,000 equity shares under the scheme.

Aether Industries announced that the 14th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 11 September 2026.

Aether Industries has allotted 3,677 equity shares under ESOS on 15 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,32,71,25,760 comprising 13,27,12,576 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.
