Aether Industries has received affirmation in credit ratings at ICRA A+; Stable / ICRA A1 for debt facilities of Rs 296 crore.

Aether Industries has allotted 29,075 equity shares under ESOS on 19 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 13,27,08,899 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Net profit of Aether Industries rose 7.38% to Rs 54.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 50.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
