Simultaneously, Mr. Adesh Bhansali, Mr. Praveen Kumar Bokariya, and Mr. Neelabh Gotecha completed their tenures as Independent Directors. Mrs. Duggar brings expertise in corporate law and governance from Tirupati Lease Limited, while Mr. Jangid is a Chartered Accountant with experience in government projects.
