Amagi Media Labs Limited announced the voluntary liquidation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Argoid Analytics Private Limited, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, following approval from the National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench, effective August 31, 2026. The company stated that Argoid is not a material subsidiary and the liquidation will not have a material impact on Amagi Media Labs Limited`s business.

Amagi Media Labs Ltd share price declined by 3.42% to Rs 638.1 after the company`s net profit softened by 1.02% to Rs 33.91 crore, while revenue from operations increased 10.05% to Rs 436.88 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of IT Enabled Services industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.4 lakh crore, easing 2.49%. It has inched up 0.57% over last one week and spiked sharply by 16.70% in last one month while the market capitalization of Amagi Media Labs Ltd has eased by 1.74% and 58.26% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Amagi Media Labs Ltd stood at Rs 40.41 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 513.20% year-on-year, and declining 0.32% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 12 crore, tumbling by 179.40% YoY and nosediving by 3413.51% sequentially. Total expenses posted a minor rise of 8.89% to Rs 412.92 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 206.35 crore, registering a growth of 9.82% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 32.24% to Rs 1162.64 crore, while net profit tumbled by 71.96% to Rs 68.71 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tanked by 34195% to Rs 151.19 crore, and PBT plunged by 78.25% to Rs 51.54 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 33.57 crore in FY26, as against Rs 182.99 crore in FY25. Amagi Media Labs Ltd rallied 83.36% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.

Net profit of Amagi Media Labs reported to Rs 34.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 10.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 28.51% to Rs 396.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 308.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 71.67 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 68.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
