DCX Systems Limited has uploaded an investors presentation detailing its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, to the company website, as disclosed to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd on August 13, 2026.

DCX Systems will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

DCX Systems has made a further investment of Rs 84.32 crore in ELTX Systems, an Associate and Joint Venture (Joint Venture with ELTA Systems, Israel) of the Company, through a rights issue.
