Baazar Style Retail Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it is enclosing a certificate issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
