Premier Energies Limited has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore, named PE Horizon Pte. Ltd., with an initial investment of SGD 10,000, or Rs 51,372, to carry on business in the clean energy industry. Additionally, the company is reorganizing its shareholding, transferring its entire stake in Premier Energies Storage Solutions Private Limited (PESSPL) to Premier Battery Technologies Private Limited (PBTPL), another wholly-owned subsidiary, through a share swap with a consideration of Rs 85,05,790, to consolidate its battery and energy storage businesses.
