Veerkrupa Jewellers Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has received a certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, the company’s registrar and share transfer agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming that no security certificates were received for dematerialization and/or rematerialization.

Veerkrupa Jewellers Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for consideration and approval of the un-audited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared.

Veerkrupa Jewellers will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2026.
