Wakefit Innovations Limited, formerly known as Wakefit Innovations Private Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 3,13,521 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each to eligible employees under the Wakefit Employee Stock Option Plan - 2019 [ESOP 2019], increasing the company`s paid-up equity share capital to Rs 33,16,45,219 from Rs 33,13,31,698.
