Healthy Life Agritec Ltd share price softened by 2.49% to Rs 5.1 after the company`s net profit soared by 32.38% to Rs 1.39 crore, while revenue from operations declined 18.39% to Rs 69.52 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Healthy Life Agritec Ltd stood at Rs 1.89 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 70.27% year-on-year, and rallying 27.70% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, jumping 72.52% YoY and expanding by 20.21% sequentially. Total expenses fell by 19.19% to Rs 67.36 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.36 crore, remaining flat YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 29.27% to Rs 171.87 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 29.88% to Rs 3.26 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 262% to Rs 4.89 crore, and PBT soared 30.24% to Rs 4.35 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 5.45 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1.16 crore in FY25. Healthy Life Agritec Ltd nosedived by 85.63% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.21% during the same period.

Healthy Life Agritec will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Net profit of Healthy Life Agritec rose 28.05% to Rs 1.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 95.61% to Rs 85.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 43.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 22.70% to Rs 4.00 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.26 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
