Alliance Integrated Metaliks Limited will hold its 37th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026, at 12:30 PM (IST) via video conference or other audio visual means, with the company’s register of members and share transfer books closed from September 18, 2026, to September 25, 2026, and a cut-off date of September 18, 2026, for e-voting eligibility, which will be available through CDSL from September 22, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST to September 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST.

Alliance Integrated Metaliks Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on September 1, 2026, that its board of directors has regularized the appointment of Vineet Kumar Ojha as an Independent Director for a period of five years, from August 12, 2026, to August 11, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s Thirty-Seventh Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 25, 2026.
