Talbros Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Talbros Engineering rose 79.51% to Rs 9.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
