Concord Enviro Systems Ltd share price declined by 0.87% to Rs 273.5 after the company`s net profit tumbled by 224.08% to Rs 17.57 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 58.58% to Rs 85.35 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. EBITDA came in at Rs 21 crore, surging by 34.00% YoY and tanking 254.11% sequentially. Total expenses plunged by 45.26% to Rs 105.43 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 38.2 crore, tumbling by 47.51% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 30.22 crore, collapsing by 15.44% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 19.64% to Rs 594.44 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 39.45% to Rs 58.19 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 9687% to Rs 88.48 crore, and PBT collapsed by 34.66% to Rs 64.47 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 4.75 crore in FY26, as against Rs 34.67 crore in FY25. Concord Enviro Systems Ltd nosedived by 48.16% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.04% during the same period.

Rochem Separation Systems (India), a material wholly owned subsidiary of Concord Enviro Systems, has secured an order of Rs 16 crore from a specialized rail engineering and manufacturing company, for the installation of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems.
