Gopal Snacks Limited announced that shareholders at the company`s 17th Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Bipinbhai Vithalbhai Hadvani as Chairman and Managing Director for a term of 5 years, effective October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031. Hadvani, the founder of Gopal Snacks, has over 30 years of experience in the ethnic savoury industry and is the spouse of Executive Director Dakshaben Bipinbhai Hadvani and father of Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer Raj Bipinbhai Hadvani.

Gopal Snacks announced that the 17th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 18 September 2026.

Net profit of Gopal Snacks rose 409.92% to Rs 12.85 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 2.52 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025. Gopal Snacks announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the Third Interim dividend of Rs 0.4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
