Gopal Snacks will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 7 August 2026.

Gopal Snacks announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the Third Interim dividend of Rs 0.4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Gopal Snacks reported to Rs 29.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 39.51 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 29.00% to Rs 408.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 316.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 287.63% to Rs 73.65 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 19.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 2.87% to Rs 1500.45 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1458.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
