Manika Plastech Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India, dated October 3, 2026, confirming receipt of a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Manika Plastech Limited will close its trading window for all connected persons from October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company`s Insider Trading - Code of Conduct, reopening 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the date of which will be intimated separately.
