Honasa Consumer Ltd share price ticked higher by 0.29% to Rs 467.9 after the company`s net profit jumped 30.26% to Rs 90.45 crore, while revenue from operations edged up 15.05% to Rs 755.95 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Personal Care industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.59 lakh crore, climbing 14.61%. It has slipped by 4.40% over last one week and dipped slightly by 2.02% in last one month while the market capitalization of Honasa Consumer Ltd has marginally improved by 0.52% and 32.31% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Honasa Consumer Ltd stood at Rs 119.24 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 114.50% year-on-year, and rallying 45.70% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 88 crore, surging by 300.05% YoY and jumping 50.33% sequentially. Total expenses rose by 11.10% to Rs 656.25 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 66.38 crore, seeing a marginal contraction of 6.98% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 7.66% to Rs 2066.95 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 34.24% to Rs 72.69 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 10078% to Rs 10.19 crore, and PBT plunged by 39.09% to Rs 89.61 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 102.18 crore in FY26, as against Rs 235.34 crore in FY25. Honasa Consumer Ltd soared by 74.52% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.

Honasa Consumer Limited will hold its 10th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, via video conferencing, and has set August 28, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility to receive a final dividend of Rs 3 per equity share, subject to member approval.

Honasa Consumer will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Honasa Consumer has allotted 6,54,422 equity shares under ESOP on 15 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 32,60,24,216 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

Honasa Consumer announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
