Avalon Technologies is forming a joint venture with Zollner, incorporating a new entity in India with an initial authorized share capital of INR 2,00,000, in which Avalon will initially hold 100% ownership before Zollner acquires a 51% stake. Avalon’s initial investment will be INR 98,000 for 9,800 shares. The company also announced several board appointments and re-appointments, including C.G. Balaji as an Additional Independent Director, effective September 3, 2026, and the re-appointments of Kunhamed Bicha as Chairman & Managing Director, Venkataramani Anantharamakrishnan, Byas Unnikrishnan Nambisan as Independent Directors, all subject to shareholder approval and extending for five years. Avalon Technologies Limited has entered into a joint venture agreement with Zollner Elektronik AG to establish a manufacturing and services platform in India, called Zollner Avalon Private Limited, with Zollner holding a 51% stake and Avalon 49%. Avalon may have the option to acquire an additional 2% stake, bringing its ownership to 51%, and the joint venture will focus on printed circuit board assembly, box-build, system integration, and related services, initially incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Avalon.
