Empower India Limited has informed the BSE Limited that September 23, 2026, has been set as the record date for determining eligibility to participate and vote at the company’s 44th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, with remote e-voting available from September 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM to September 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Empower India Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of director Mr. Satyawan Jankar, liable to retire by rotation, and the appointment of M/s. Nagadheep Sathyanarayana & Co. as the Statutory Auditor for a period of five years, both subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 44th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026.

Empower India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Net profit of Empower India reported to Rs 13.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 175.33% to Rs 44.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 16.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 245.02% to Rs 18.01 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.22 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 24.15% to Rs 153.37 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 123.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
