BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Mandar Godbole as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 2, 2026, following the resignation of Mr. Paras Shah on June 30, 2026. Mr. Godbole is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has over 18 years of experience in corporate, regulatory, and secretarial functions.

BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited announced the allotment of 29,305 equity shares to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2014, increasing the company`s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 15,27,49,400 (15,27,49,400 shares) to Rs 15,27,78,705 (15,27,78,705 shares). The allotment was approved by the company`s board on September 2, 2026, and the exercise price per share was Re. 1.

BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited announced that Mr. Sameer Nath, a Non-Executive Director, will retire by rotation at the company’s 15th Annual General Meeting and has expressed his desire not to seek reappointment. The company’s board also approved the appointment of Mr. Amit Jain, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of CarDekho Group, as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval at the same AGM, and approved the notice for the 15th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 14, 2026.

Bluestone Jewellery & Lifestyle has allotted 3,42,766 equity shares under ESOP. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 15,27,49,400 (consisting of 15,27,49,400 equity shares of face value of Re 1 each).
