AWFIS Space Solutions has appointed Abhishek Poddar (DIN: 00031175) as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, for a term of five consecutive years commencing from 01 July 2026 and ending on 30 June 2031, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, as per the regulatory requirements.

AWFIS Space Solutions has allotted 22,695 equity shares under ESOP on 25 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 71,56,31,860 comprising of 7,15,63,186 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
