AWFIS Space Solutions Ltd share price ticked higher by 2.44% to Rs 273.3 after the company`s net profit saw a marginal increase of 3.05% to Rs 23.96 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 3.60% to Rs 424.92 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of AWFIS Space Solutions Ltd stood at Rs 24.42 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 135.26% year-on-year, and gaining 3.91% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 138 crore, expanding by 27.86% YoY and easing 4.24% sequentially. Total expenses posted a minor rise of 4.60% to Rs 375.81 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. EBITDA jumped by 29829% to Rs 349.17 crore, and PBT collapsed by 491.35% to Rs 68.76 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 362.56 crore in FY26, as against Rs 228.96 crore in FY25. AWFIS Space Solutions Ltd nosedived by 52.49% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.

Awfis Space Solutions Limited’s nomination and remuneration committee approved the grant of 16,166 employee stock options under the Awfis Space Solutions Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2024, with an effective grant date of August 13, 2026, and a vesting period of four years. The options are priced at INR 191.84 per share, representing a 30% discount on the average market price of August 12, 2026, and cover 16,166 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each.
