Concord Control Systems Limited will convene a board meeting on August 17, 2026, to consider and approve the migration of the company`s equity shares from the SME platform of BSE Limited to the Main Board of BSE Limited, and to seek member approval via postal ballot for the migration. The board will also consider the direct listing of equity shares on the Main Board of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and the appointment of Amit Gupta & Associate, Practicing Company Secretaries, as scrutinizer for the postal ballot process.

Concord Control Systems has received an order from Indian Railways for KAVACH 4.0 through Progota India, an Associate Company. The order valued at Rs 279.90 crore for supply of installation, testing and commissioning of on-board KAVACH 4.0 Loco equipment.

Concord Control Systems will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 May 2026.

Concord Control Systems through its wholly owned subsidiary Advanced Rail Controls, has secured a significant order worth Rs 84.68 crore from Indian Railways. The contract entails the supply, installation, and commissioning of Loco Wireless Control Systems, a critical technology aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, safety, and remote control capabilities in railway operations.
