Net profit of Enviro Infra Engineers declined 29.11% to Rs 51.92 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 73.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 8.75% to Rs 427.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 392.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 3.77% to Rs 182.95 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 176.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 7.46% to Rs 1145.60 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1066.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Enviro Infra Engineers secures irrigation project worth Rs 113.51 cr,
Enviro Infra Engineers has received a letter of acceptance for a project in Gujarat entailing engineering, procurement and construction contract for 11 villages of Santalpur Taluka Lift Irrigation scheme from Kachchh Branch Canal, with its Operation and Maintenance (O&M). The contract is valued at Rs 113.51 crore.

Enviro Infra Engineers to acquire controlling stake in Suyog Urja,
Enviro Infra Engineers (Enviro) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, EIE Renewables, has entered into Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Suyog Urja, a wind energy EPC company. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step in Enviro`s journey to build a diversified and integrated renewable energy platform, complementing its established presence in water and wastewater infrastructure.Post-acquisition, the consolidated order book of the ENVIRO group stands at approximately Rs 5,600 crore. Rs 4,400 crore in EPC (Rs 2,500 crore water, Rs 1,900 crore renewables), along with Rs 1,200 crore in O&M and an IPP portfolio comprising 79 MW of solar and 150 MWh of BESS.

EIEL secures five projects valued at Rs 1,481 cr,
Enviro Infra Engineers (EIEL) announced the successful securing of five (5) significant projects during March 2026, marking a strong closure to the financial year and further strengthening its growth momentum. The combined value of these orders i.e. Rs 1,481 crore represents a meaningful addition to the Company`s order book and improves revenue visibility for the coming periods. A key highlight of these wins is the company`s entry into the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) segment within the renewable energy space. While EIEL has already been active in the B2B segment, these new projects from NTPC represents a step-up in scale, showing the Company`s growing ability to execute large and complex energy projects
