Enviro Infra Engineers has received a letter of acceptance for a project in Gujarat entailing engineering, procurement and construction contract for 11 villages of Santalpur Taluka Lift Irrigation scheme from Kachchh Branch Canal, with its Operation and Maintenance (O&M). The contract is valued at Rs 113.51 crore.

Enviro Infra Engineers (Enviro) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, EIE Renewables, has entered into Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Suyog Urja, a wind energy EPC company. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step in Enviro`s journey to build a diversified and integrated renewable energy platform, complementing its established presence in water and wastewater infrastructure.Post-acquisition, the consolidated order book of the ENVIRO group stands at approximately Rs 5,600 crore. Rs 4,400 crore in EPC (Rs 2,500 crore water, Rs 1,900 crore renewables), along with Rs 1,200 crore in O&M and an IPP portfolio comprising 79 MW of solar and 150 MWh of BESS.

Enviro Infra Engineers (EIEL) announced the successful securing of five (5) significant projects during March 2026, marking a strong closure to the financial year and further strengthening its growth momentum. The combined value of these orders i.e. Rs 1,481 crore represents a meaningful addition to the Company`s order book and improves revenue visibility for the coming periods. Enviro Infra Engineers has received letter of awards in renewable segment from NTPC for implementation of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at thermal power station at Tanda, Uttar Pradesh and Bongaigaon, Assam including Comprehensive Annual Maintenance after successful performance testing.
