The debentures carry a coupon rate of 7.4890% per annum payable quarterly and have a tenor of 14 years, 7 months, and 3 days from the date of allotment, with a credit rating of [ICRA] AAA (Stable) and will be listed on BSE Limited.

ICRA reaffirms “AAA” rating for Maple Infrastructure Trust’s Rs 4050 crore debt facilities,
Investment Information and Credit Rating Agency (ICRA) has reaffirmed a “AAA” (Stable) rating for Maple Infrastructure Trust, according to letters dated August 19, 2026. The ratings, which reflect a very high credit profile and low risk of default, cover New Debt Securities (NCDS), the issuer rating, and various bank facilities totaling Rs 4050 crore. These include term loans through the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NBFID) and Axis Bank, along with bank guarantees and overdraft facilities from IndusInd Bank and Axis Bank, all under the purview of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). ICRA will conduct a surveillance review of the ratings within one year, and Maple Infrastructure Trust is required to disclose any significant developments impacting its debt servicing capabilities.

NSDL users can access the system using their DP ID and Client ID, while CDSL users utilize their Beneficiary ID. The notice emphasizes password confidentiality, limits login attempts to five, and confirms that once a vote is submitted, it cannot be altered.
