Maple Infrastructure Trust, formerly known as Indian Highway Concessions Trust, announced that Seema Gupta has resigned as Independent Director of Maple Infra InvIT Investment Manager Private Limited, the Investment Manager to Maple Infrastructure Trust, effective September 14, 2026, due to personal reasons, as disclosed in a filing on September 15, 2026.

Maple Infrastructure Trust, formerly known as Indian Highway Concessions Trust, announced the allotment of 70,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, transferable, taxable, redeemable non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 100,000 each, aggregating to Rs 700 crore, on a private placement basis. The debentures carry a coupon rate of 7.4890% per annum payable quarterly and have a tenor of 14 years, 7 months, and 3 days from the date of allotment, with a credit rating of [ICRA] AAA (Stable) and will be listed on BSE Limited.

Investment Information and Credit Rating Agency (ICRA) has reaffirmed a “AAA” (Stable) rating for Maple Infrastructure Trust, according to letters dated August 19, 2026. The ratings, which reflect a very high credit profile and low risk of default, cover New Debt Securities (NCDS), the issuer rating, and various bank facilities totaling Rs 4050 crore. These include term loans through the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NBFID) and Axis Bank, along with bank guarantees and overdraft facilities from IndusInd Bank and Axis Bank, all under the purview of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). ICRA will conduct a surveillance review of the ratings within one year, and Maple Infrastructure Trust is required to disclose any significant developments impacting its debt servicing capabilities.

Unitholders are being provided with instructions to electronically vote on resolutions via NSDL and CDSL platforms, as well as alternative methods for those without demat accounts. NSDL users can access the system using their DP ID and Client ID, while CDSL users utilize their Beneficiary ID. Initial passwords were distributed via email, and recovery options are available through helpdesk contacts at [email protected] or 022-48867000 for NSDL, and [email protected] or 1800-21-09911 for CDSL. The notice emphasizes password confidentiality, limits login attempts to five, and confirms that once a vote is submitted, it cannot be altered. A QR code is provided for accessing the NSDL Speede mobile app to facilitate the voting process.

Maple Infrastructure Trust will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 August 2026.
