Indef Manufacturing Ltd share price inched up 0.81% to Rs 229.2. The Company`s net profit declined by 18.21% to Rs 5.48 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 49.35% to Rs 34.46 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Indef Manufacturing Ltd stood at Rs 6.28 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 17.04% year-on-year, and jumping 185.45% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 10 crore, rallying 513.21% YoY and tanking 171.90% sequentially. Total expenses tumbled by 39.72% to Rs 36.85 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 17.5 crore, registering a fall of 46.58% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 7.93 crore, collapsing by 12.67% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 16.27% to Rs 207.69 crore, while net profit plunged by 31.53% to Rs 23.39 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 1391% to Rs 15.09 crore, and PBT collapsed by 42.81% to Rs 23.99 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 23.52 crore in FY26, as against Rs 4.82 crore in FY25. Indef Manufacturing Ltd crashed 41.57% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.
