Meesho has allotted 2,71,303 equity shares under ESOP on 22 July 2026. Pursuant to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 4,62,21,11,746 (comprising 4,62,21,11,746 equity shares of Re. 1/- each) to Rs. 4,62,23,83,049 (comprising 4,62,23,83,049 equity shares of Re. 1/- each).

Meesho will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 July 2026.

Meesho has allotted 1,34,50,895 equity shares under ESOP on 01 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 4,62,21,11,746 (comprising 4,62,21,11,746 equity shares of Re. 1/- each).
