Meesho Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting Wednesday, September 16, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.

Meesho Limited announced on September 9, 2026, a change in its senior management structure, resulting in Mr. Prasanna Arunachalam ceasing to be classified as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) as the Chief Product Officer (CPO) role is discontinued, although he will continue in the employment of the company; product leaders previously reporting to the CPO will now report directly to their respective Business Heads.

Meesho Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 13,52,253 equity shares to eligible employees upon the exercise of vested options under the company’s ESOP 2024 Plan, increasing the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 4,62,48,68,382 to Rs 4,62,62,20,635.

Meesho has allotted 2,71,303 equity shares under ESOP on 22 July 2026. Pursuant to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 4,62,21,11,746 (comprising 4,62,21,11,746 equity shares of Re. 1/- each) to Rs. 4,62,23,83,049 (comprising 4,62,23,83,049 equity shares of Re. 1/- each).
