GTV Engineering Limited’s board approved the appointment of M/s. Yogesh Chourasia and Associates as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-2027, Mr. Virendra Rahul as Internal Auditor for the same period, and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Agrawal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval, during a meeting held September 2, 2026. The board also approved Related Party Transactions up to Rs 75 crore and authorized advances, guarantees, or security provisions, along with the draft Notice for the 35th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026.
