Rossell Techsys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.3 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Rossell Techsys rose 9.78% to Rs 7.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 6.85 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 61.57% to Rs 142.07 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 87.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 176.74% to Rs 21.89 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 7.91 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
