Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd share price declined by 0.35% to Rs 201.0 after the company`s net profit plunged by 56.82% to Rs 17.53 crore, while revenue from operations nosedived 31.50% to Rs 423.27 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of IT Enabled Services industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.4 lakh crore, slipping 0.57%. It has marginally improved by 1.30% over last one week and soared by 18.49% in last one month while the market capitalization of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd has eased by 2.52% and 4.56% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd stood at Rs 25.48 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 26.68% year-on-year, and tanking 53.21% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 24 crore, jumping 29.45% YoY and nosediving by 51.32% sequentially. Total expenses saw a steep drop of 29.20% to Rs 405.05 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 19.12 crore, rising by 10.14% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 68.10% to Rs 1303.76 crore, while net profit soared by 99.68% to Rs 87.9 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 6475% to Rs 87.24 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 98.09% to Rs 118.42 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 19.7 crore in FY26, as against Rs 82.75 crore in FY25. Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd nosedived by 46.42% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.05% during the same period.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited announced that its Board of Directors redesignated Mr. Arun Vijaykumar Gupta from Non-Executive Independent Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective August 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has entered into a 3-year agreement with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) on 27 July 2026. Zaggle shall provide Zaggle Zatix & Corporate Credit Card Program to DICV for their Fleet partners.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Company) has made an investment of Rs. 7.96 crore in Unobanc. Unobanc has allotted 62,188 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each by way of preferential issue on a private placement basis to the Company pursuant to the said investment. Consequently, the company holds 19.9% equity stake in Unobanc.
