Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has entered into a 3-year agreement with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) on 27 July 2026. Zaggle shall provide Zaggle Zatix & Corporate Credit Card Program to DICV for their Fleet partners.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Company) has made an investment of Rs. 7.96 crore in Unobanc. Unobanc has allotted 62,188 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each by way of preferential issue on a private placement basis to the Company pursuant to the said investment. Consequently, the company holds 19.9% equity stake in Unobanc.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has entered into an 5-year agreement with APAC Financial Services on 29 June 2026. Zaggle shall provide Zoyer Platform along with Zaggle Save (Employee expense management & benefits) to APAC Financial Services.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Punjab National Bank on 19 June 2026. Zaggle would be the cobranding Partner with objective to drive acquisition, marketing and promotion of the Cobranded Retail Credit Card Product.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has entered into an 5-year agreement with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals to provide Zaggle Save (Employee expense management & benefits).
