Kalyani Cast Tech Limited, formerly Kalyani Cast Tech Private Limited, will close its register of members and share transfer books from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for its 14th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, for the fiscal year 2025-26, according to a filing with the BSE Limited.

Kalyani Cast Tech Limited, formerly Kalyani Cast Tech Private Limited, announced that its board approved the reappointment of Mrs. Jayashree Kumar as Whole Time Director for five years, effective April 5, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed M/s Raj Kaushik & Associates as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27 and M/s R. Mahajan & Associates as Internal Auditor for fiscal year 2026-27, while scheduling the 14th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026.
