Indus Infra Trust disclosed a statement of investor complaints for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI guidelines, noting 347 complaints were received and 344 were resolved during the period, with an average redressal time of one working day. The information, also available on the Trust`s website, was submitted to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and copied to IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited and KFin Technologies Limited.

Indus Infra Trust will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of its financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations and the Trust’s code of conduct; the date of the board meeting of GR Highways Investment Manager Private Limited, the investment manager of the Trust, to declare the results will be announced later.

Indus Infra Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 August 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3.55 per equity Share (i.e. 3.55%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Indus Infra Trust rose 7.33% to Rs 129.39 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 120.55 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
