Patron Exim Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the appointment of M/s. A. Shubhangi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years, starting from the financial year 2026–27 to the financial year 2030–31, subject to member approval at the company`s Annual General Meeting. The company also announced that its 4th Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means, with Mrs. Shubhangi Rajkumar Agarwal appointed as Scrutinizer.
