Punjab National Bank said an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on September 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio -Visual Means (OAVM) to elect one director from amongst the shareholders of the bank, other than the Central Government, with the Specified/Cut-off Date for determining eligible shareholders being August 28, 2026, and the nomination submission deadline being September 10, 2026.
