Shadowfax Technologies has allotted 1,00,200 equity shares under ESOP on 06 July 2026. Consequent to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 5,85,08,46,200 /- (comprising 58,50,84,620 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 5,85,18,48,200 /- (comprising 58,51,84,820 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).
