Shadowfax Technologies Limited announced the allotment of 1,69,338 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees under the Shadowfax Technologies Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2016, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 5,86,56,12,280 comprising 58,65,61,228 equity shares to Rs 5,86,73,05,660 comprising 58,67,30,566 equity shares.

Shadowfax Technologies Limited announced the allotment of 12,41,478 equity shares to eligible employees under its SFX ESOP 2016, resulting in an increase of the company`s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 5,85,31,97,500 comprising 58,53,19,750 equity shares to Rs 5,86,56,12,280 comprising 58,65,61,228 equity shares. The exercise of these options generated Rs 1,24,14,780 for the company, and the shares rank pari passu with existing equity shares.

Shadowfax Technologies has allotted 1,00,200 equity shares under ESOP on 06 July 2026.
