LEAP India Limited will hold a board meeting on August 31, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as informed in a letter dated August 14, 2026; the trading window for designated persons and insiders remains closed until September 2, 2026.

LEAP India Limited announced that its subsidiary, LEAP MENA Holdings Limited, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, LEAP Pallet Pooling Trading L.L.C, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, effective August 21, 2026. LEAP MENA will subscribe to the share capital of AED 2,000,000, representing 100% of the share capital, and the new entity will provide asset pooling and general trading services in the UAE.

LEAP India Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders from August 14, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
