AHAsolar Technologies Limited, formerly AHAsolar Technologies Private Limited, has set a cut-off date of September 21, 2026, to determine the eligibility of members for e-voting in connection with the company’s 09th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026.

AHAsolar Technologies Limited, formerly AHAsolar Technologies Private Limited, will close its register of members and transfer books from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026, to determine shareholders eligible to vote at the company`s 9th Annual General Meeting.

AHAsolar Technologies Limited, formerly AHAsolar Technologies Private Limited, will hold a board meeting on August 25, 2026, at its registered office to approve the draft Director Report and notice for the 9th Annual General Meeting, recommend the regularization of Mr. Dinesh Shah’s appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director, and appoint M/s. Mukesh H Shah & Co., Company Secretaries, Ahmedabad as scrutinizer for the 9th AGM.

Ahasolar Technologies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 May 2026.

Ahasolar Technologies has received a work order for consultancy services for project management consultancy (PMC) for Dc capacity upgradation of 5 MW Ramgarh, Jaisalmer Solar Plant from Domestic Entity (India). The whole consultancy service is priced at around Rs 1 crore (including GST).
