Bliss GVS Pharma announced that the 41th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 15 July 2026.

Bliss GVS Pharma announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Bliss GVS Pharma rose 128.96% to Rs 35.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 15.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 29.80% to Rs 256.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 197.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 53.18% to Rs 129.13 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 84.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 14.50% to Rs 927.11 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 809.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
